What we never do

We never read or collect email addresses from your screen, browser or recordings. Form inputs are masked in session recordings. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To respond to you, arrange appointments, improve our services and — only with consent — send newsletters.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed. Session recordings, analytics, chat logs and applicant data are deleted automatically after the periods configured by EGH.

Your choices

You can change cookie preferences at any time, unsubscribe from emails, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us.
