Questions
Questions patients ask
Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist?
No, you can book directly. If we find anything that needs a doctor’s review, we will tell you and help arrange it.
How long is a first appointment?
Please allow about 45–60 minutes for your first visit so we can listen, assess and explain properly. Timings may vary by branch.
Is physiotherapy painful?
Assessment and treatment should not be unbearably painful. Some exercises may cause mild discomfort; we will always explain and adjust.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. Family members are welcome, especially for older patients or neurological rehabilitation.
